An Everton fans’ site, NSNO.co.uk, has revealed more about who the clubs are who are chasing the signature of Anthony Gerrard this summer.

The site repeats the interview given by Gerrard back in March, when he said that he wasn’t sure what David Moyes intended for him, then goes on to say how much he has impressed during his loan with us:-

“Gerrard has impressed the Midlanders, and Paul Merson’s side are favourites to land the youngster should we decide not to keep him, but it seems his task of getting his face known has been a successful one, as more and more clubs will be knocking on his door should the time come”.

The site then names Tranmere, as was to be expected, and Stoke City as the other clubs who seem to be interested in the Everton centre half at the moment.
