It’s the second longest possible trip for the Saddlers, after Gillingham, as they’ve drawn Plymouth away in the first round of the Carling Cup.

A difficult away tie was always likely, with the Saddlers being unseeded, just as it was last year with the away trip to Crystal Palace. The fact that we have to travel down a 100 mile long cul de sac to there just makes it worse.
