It turned out to be an even better day for the club yesterday than the win at Accrington suggests.

Chester City’s Youth Team were beaten 2-0 by Walsall on Saturday morning.

This was only Chester’s second defeat in eight games and it saw second placed Walsall leapfrog them to top the Puma Youth Alliance North West B Conference.
