Reports are reaching UTS that Walsall have released Carlos Fangueiro.

The Potuguese right winger had been given a contract until the January transfer window in order to prove his worth to the squad.

Despite one or two promising appearances, injury has restricted his opportunities and, with Mark Wright, Tony Bedeau and Darren Wrack all able to play in his position, it looks like the club have freed Fangueiro, so he can find another employer.
