The Essington Parish Council have approved, in principal, the purchase by the club of the Broad Lane Pavillion site as a new training ground.

The resident consultation has reached a successful conclusion, so it would appear that the only remaining obstacle is the actual legal negotiations between the club and the Parish Council.

The club are still hoping to have the facilites ready for pre season July 2007.
