Well, win the Prediction League, anyway!

The Trust are running our third annual prediction league competition. We have changed it a bit from previous years. This year the total fund will be split:-

- One third to the Trust
- One third to the running costs of UTS
- One third to the top 3 in the league

Entry costs a fiver and you can enter as many times as you like. All you have to do is predict where each team will finish in our division. What could be simpler? Points are awarded depending how close you are. The winner is obviously the person with the highest points total come May. The updated league will be emailed to all entrants monthly.

So come on let’s have loads of entrants and not only will we raise much needed money for two worthy causes but, if we get plenty of entries, the prize will be well worth winning.

For ease of entry payment can be made electronically, or you can send cheques to the address on the form.

All entries must be in by 1st September 2007, complete with the fee of £5.00 per entry there is no limit on the number of goes people can have.

Points will be awarded for each team in the correct position at the end of each month, and points deducted for teams out of position, the further they are out the more points you lose.

Each month’s totals will be added and a league table produced, the winner will be the entrant with the highest total at the end of the season

Prizes

· 33% of takings will go to the Trust
· 33% of takings will go to UTS
· The winner will receive 20% of the takings
· Second place will receive 10% of the takings
· Third place will receive 4% of the takings
