2024-25 Fixtures Released

It’s a shame if there’s no audio commentary available. Thought the £4 a month or whatever it was was worth it for weekend games I couldn’t get to.

The new website and app have a section called Saddlers+ which might be replacing iFollow?

Having just looked at AFC Wimbledons website it appears to be a similar identikit website to ours and it has a DonsTV section which has subscriptions and match passes available.

Most annoying thing about this new TV deal is they’re going to mess with the kick offs more so actually having the games called off on the international weekends will probably be a blessing otherwise they’d likely kick off at stupid times.

And one things for sure is that if Pomlett said it, its bollox.
A quick google search reveals that ifollow will continue thus…

A Sky Sports statement read: “From the 2024/25 season onward, this agreement makes more matches available to stream and will effectively replace the current Sky Sports EFL red button coverage and the EFL’s domestic streaming option provided via iFollow and club streaming services.

“Domestic streaming audio services will remain alongside existing audio-visual arrangements for international audiences via iFollow and club streaming services.”

Yet no mention of it on the club site…

It is however on the EFL website…Sky Sports+ Q&A - The English Football League

Tranmere away and Colchester at home remain on the same day but kick off brought forward to 1230. Could be worse.

It’s still shite.

That’s a blow. I’ve always listened for as long as it’s been possible to do this. It will definitely feel less involving not to be able to do so. Don’t really see myself doing the equivalent of watching Ceefax scores updating.

Feel sorry for the Col U fans, 12:30 kick off will be an early start for them and sure to impact on their travelling gate. Sure we will still take a healthy audience up to Tranmere.

Happy days…

My mate supports QPR, their first three home games are all 1230 starts.

By this time last year, the ifollow subscriptions were renewed for those that had them.

Has anyone with an international sub received any messages? Despite all the assurances, I am beginning to get a bit twitchy.

Bah humbug!

My iFollow login no longer works (“Email or password is not valid”) and don’t get an email when I try “Forgot password” - so guessing our previous accounts have all been purged. These were all via the Walsall OS (iFollow only allowed you to register an email once against a single club), and there is not an iFollow section on there any more, just the new Walsall FC app that we’ve had to re-register to use.

My guess is that iFollow is now defunct. Maybe our games will be livestreamed on the new app for “overseas” subscribers? Or Sky?

The EFL site refers to club platforms.
There are mentions of iFollow but in the context of it being replaced.
It’s likely to be a streaming platform similar to iFollow but under a different name.
The EFL site seems to be saying UK fans watch it through Sky Sports+ and overseas fans can watch through the new streaming platform on club sites.
