Autographs

Harry Middleton is there, and he didn’t join until 1966.
I would hazard a guess that the autographs were not all collected at the same time…

Matt Gadsby, sheesh, there was a life taken far too early in a tragic way. Just makes you realise how precious life is and we shouldn’t take it for granted, especially at the moment.

I always thought Matt Gadsby would make it. He had a career in the game but didn’t really thrive.
A couple of key performances in 98-99, one at Oldham just before Chrimble when he partnered the inexperienced Ian Roper in the middle of the defence and did well, and at right back at Lincoln, the win that put us in the box seat.
I expected him to become a regular but he never did, some useful performances for us though, and he was on the pitch when we won in Cardiff.
I’ve just looked it up and he died in 2006, that’s 14 years ago, hard to believe.
