Bromley away Saturday 15th March 2025

They haven’t even started selling tickets on their website to home fans yet.

Although they are averaging less than 3,500 a few of their previous games have been "sell outs (against a capacity of around only 5,000 even before they closed the whole stand containing the old away end on Monday). A lot of their fans have been mystified by this as apparently there have still been loads of empty seats (claims of up to 1,200!) but this has been put down to ST holders not turning up to less glamourous fixtures.

None of their upcoming home fixtures are available on their own eTicketing site so guessing that this will be the case with our game too - i.e. a sell-out for both home and away but loads of empty seats in a tiny ground.

Strange! Will keep an eye on their website just in case.

Was working nights when the tickets came out and missed it!

If anyone with a ticket ends up not being able to make it or anything, PM me please, I’ll pay full price and postage!

Dick,
But great player that season. As were Swindon who gave us 2 lessons in football.

Until he took a penalty in the play offs. Life has a habit of creating karma, from time to time.

I agree that Swindon whooped us that season though. Didn’t McKirdy score a header against Roberts that you could have thrown a cap at, and saved?

I actually rate Liam Roberts as a goalkeeper but, at that point in his career, he had zero confidence.

Good luck to the lad (McKirdy) but I don’t think he would have passed the Dean Holden test, at Walsall…
