I blame Watford: sell Deeney and we might be able to make a down payment on the Banks’s.

A couple of years ago they were subject to legal action over £50k’s worth of unpaid rent, that was 3 months worth of arrears, as the rent was £17k per month, circa £200k per year.

The problem is it isn’t the stadium alone that would sort it our, it’s the ground it sits on

I even remember them being on an episode of “can’t pay we’ll take it away” lol!
