Cheltenham Town (A) Feb 25th, 7.45pm kick-off

Whilst Cheltenhams home form can at best be described as ‘mixed’ we all know that trips to the EV Charger Points Stadium historically have never been easy or games for the faint hearted, I can’t imagine tomorrow night will be any different.

You know Flynn will have them absolutely straining at a leash to get at us. They will be hell bent on wreaking revenge for their narrow reverse at Fortress Bescot last August.

Still with another huge away gate following the boys I can see us squeaking the narrowest of victories and continue our charge to L2 glory.

I think a draw is the most likely result. I wouldn’t change the team from Saturday to give Williams and Lakin more time to recover. 1-1

Just 15 left now according to the club’s latest update.

I would take a point now….

A draw would be a good result, but no reason we can’t go and win there.

2-1 to the Saddlers and 3 points closer to promotion.

Frog and Fiddle my favourite in 'ham. On the west side of the town centre so hefty walk to the ground.

The Cotswold inn is closer to the ground and alright.

They seem to change sponsorship of the ground every year. When I last went to this in Jan 2020 it was called the Johnny Rocks stadium, now it’s EV charging points?! :joy:

They’ve improved under Flynn in last two months and Ethon Archer looks a talent so I’d be happy with a draw from this and that’s more than acceptable after the last two wins.

I’d be happy with a draw here. Cheltenham’s form has picked up and Flynn would love to beat us.

Having said that - if we can win away at Vale, Notts and Wimbledon we can win in Cheltenham. Loving our performances this season and I wouldn’t put anything past this team. Hopefully Lakin and Harry are back for this one - otherwise same team please.

I would be happy with a draw but I’m optimistic we’re going to win this after Saturday’s performance, would not have made the first game being not in the Country but I’m going, up and ready for this one.

Shoutout to the club though. I bought a last minute ticket for tomorrow over the weekend. Had a call from the ticket office saying, “We cant get it to you in time for the game, but you can go and collect from Cheltenham ticket office”. Great customer service.

Surprised me that your still getting privileges for being Whalley’s love mascot

Please dont talk ill of my creator! My period looking body was inspired by a weekend away in the cotswolds.

Apologies to all saddlers but I see Flynns mob coming out on top of this one, they are in a decent run of form and see us as a nice scalp. I think we will struggle to contain their physicality. 2-0 to the racecourse attendee’s.

This is going to be a very interesting one .who’s going to come out on top, the head scratching nose wiping twitching Flynn or the Yea Yea neck stretching head wobbling no hand shaky Sadler .i can’t wait :joy::joy::joy:

Great backing wish I was going

A win tommorrow sets up a cracker on Saturday against Swindon who have sold over a 1000 already.

With the added bonus that sky have not got their dirty paws on the game to reduce numbers

Could be a decent gate with, apart from Blues, no other W Mids. league team at home on Saturday. Hopefully the weather will cooperate.

I think Cheltenham could be that team that makes a late dash for the play offs this year.
