Certainly makes a change from Sadler applauding pretty much everything. Sometimes players need a rocket. Admittedly itā€™s probably a finer line than it used to be between hair dryer treatment and an arm round the shoulder, but still I personally like to see that too.

Signing Ryan Leak would seem to fly in the face of the type of players we have been told they want, and to be fair have so far signed, in terms of fitness/injury free.

We already have 1 centre half who hasnā€™t played for over a year not sure we need another

I really like Hancock think has some real weapons to his game but can be very poor at times seems to be either a 8/10 player or a 2/10 player
