Drogheda United (A) - Friendly - Tue 30th July, 7pm

Just hope Drogheda might lend us a few players.

i’m all for being positive and optimistic but i think my nan would’ve done better there

(she’s 94 and has arthritis in her left leg)

:joy: leave him alone

I’m throwing it out there…think we need some strikers

It’s not the footballers - it’s the style of football. Utter wank.

Including the players by the look of it

It’s a good job, by the sounds of it the Irish beer goggles will be working overtime to make this look any good.

Of course :grin::grin:

Maher seems too lightweight to me. No replacement for Hutch.

Only decent thing about this is the extremely knowledgable commentator

and attacking midfielders

Good first half that
Lots of effort and desire which you want in a Friendly as it’s is all about fitness not talent performance or style of play
Gordon running his socks off and was unlucky with the best chance of the game which he created
Matt bullied his cb and won nearly everything and seems to have some pace back tbf
Okagbue has played the best through balls from the back and has tried to cut through the lines a few times , very nice to watch
I feel many teams will play against us next season and think’ dam we had to work hard against them , tough win’

Need a fair bit more than just them as well

No patience for Sadler this time. Hit the ground running or piss off.

Shirts look nice and Poland got a medal at the Olympics. Second half will be better, I hope.
