FA Cup Rd 1 v Sheppey United (a)

Lost to 0-2 Maidstone yesterday

Oh yes. Marine(a) would be perfect.

We’d get an allocation of around 500. Who’d all be welcome round ours for a pre match sarnie.

Me too, Some very happy memories from the days when we were one of the top teams in the draw and we almost always made the third round, or so it seemed.

Chester away, a regular Walsall fixture that has disappeared.

Are Slough in it?

Erm, you mean buttie? No sarnies on Merseyside :joy:

Hereford away would be lively :grinning:

I wanted to go there too.

Lost to Fylde yesterday unfortunately.

Slough are still in. They’ve got a replay with Ebbsfleet (possible reunion with Hayden White?)

Oh no. Definitely a sarnie. Might really confuse them and do a few cobs too.

If we do get drawn away at Marine, you’ll have take a temporary break from UTS.
We would probably only get a few hundred tickets and we will all be messaging you to try and get us tickets in the home section.
The plus is that you will have more time to make those butties (or sarnies/cobs)…

I would be horrified if there was anything else on the menu chez @P.T than cheese, onion and black pudding cobs. OK maybe cheese and onion as well for beginners and those who fancy somet a bit different

I hope they get those slugs from Swindon…

Probably me just being an oddball again but genuinely no idea why people want V*le or the Sloppies.

Played them about 20 times in last 15 years so what’s fresh and exciting about that? And ultimately they both remain higher league so decent chance would lose which is not what you want from a first round tie at all.

Alfreton Town would be an interesting one if it’s an away pick, not too far away and they’re a few divisions down. Ground just off the A38 so easy drive from the Midlands.

Shame there’s a lack of Midlands representation other than Kiddy and Solihull.

I’d love to go to Aldershot again. What a ground.

Yes i thiught Alfreton would be good. But would still prefer Herefird away :grinning:

They are good 3rd or 4th round ties. Rubbish first round.

First round needs to be about progressing whilst experiencing something a bit different. Which is why away non-league should be a good draw.
