I donā€™t think heā€™s here to make up the numbers. I think heā€™s going to surprise quite a few. Highly rated, big and strong and knows where the goal is.

I donā€™t think that matters to be fair. If itā€™s one upfront an injury to DJ leaves us with a 35 year old target man, DJT (debate had elsewhere) and a lad whose only real experience is semi pro.

For me getting the attacking options right, Is currently a lot more important than a right back.

And granted he did well then got recalled, dropping us in the Shite.

I cant understand this signing. Seems on paper no better than DJT, and he came here with Stoke fans holding him in high regard. I worry if Matt starts the season as bad as he was for.the last 3 months and gets injured again. And what if DJ struggles to rekindle.his previous form. Pointless looking to Shay Willock!!

I have got to question this one, just cant see how.it adds depth to the 1st team, and.certainly doesnā€™t make us stronger. But, what do i know?

Canā€™t say Ive heard of him but Lincoln fans speak very highly of him, similar to how Cambridge did about Bennett. Very young but hopefully eager to do well.

Well, hard to say that is overwhelming signing, but ok. He is young and still full of potential, so good luck in future footy endeavours.

I think our hit rate is quite low.

He also (and Iā€™ve seen it in match reports more than as a striker) is a winger and we have very few of those. Iā€™d like us to start giving more young players a lot more chances. At the moment it feels like they donā€™t develop because the gap between our youth team and first team is so huge.

Thereā€™s no guarantee it works, but can he be any worse than some of the hot garbage weā€™ve developed for other clubs lately?
