Alright for back up, I guess. Not thrilled. Port Vale had real problems at the back last season.
Yeah I think this is very much a squad filler option, and the one year contract reflects that aswell.
Vale fans don’t rate him at all, but he seemed to have done really well at Morecambe and Oldham previously.

After a quick look on Twitter, I’m seeing tweets dating to last season with Vale fans saying he’s the worst full back they’ve ever seen

Would rather we’d just put our trust into one of the young lads we’ve just give pro contracts to but can’t really judge until we’ve seen him play
Time will tell as it always does with Zak,from reading the write up on the official site it sounds like he’s a bit of a character and let’s be honest every team needs one so again I’ll reserve judgement and I trust what Matt and Jamie are doing let’s face it on paper we already look like a side that’ll finish at least 10 places higher.Now for that striker we all want to fire us into the top 7.
If DC doesn’t rate him I’d bet he turn out to be a cracking player lol

I’ll give the guy a chance,every player has a good game/season in him, it just needs the right circumstances/coach to bring it out. look at Adebayo, he took dogs abuse before everything clicked,and look at him now.

Adebayo didn’t get dogs abuse at all. He was at times awful in those first six months. What a pathetic throwaway comment that was.
Like he’s somehow proven us abusive fans wrong and worked his way to the top against all odds.
