Why upfront with Matt?
Matt should not be a first choice striker, can’t hold the ball, can’t score.
A nuisance at times maybe but would hardly get in a rivals team

Ay? Two things that he’s been really good at this season.
He’s not been great for a while now. Admittedly, he did score at Bromley.
I’m not blaming him, I doubt he was meant to play as many minutes as he has this season, but it became that we couldn’t really leave him out.

Who starts upfront then?
I hope we start with a different pairing upfront on Saturday but won’t hold my breath, probably Matt/Adomah but he might surprise us all.
I’d love to see Chang get some game time and Asimwe too. The biggest frustration for me is how late MS leaves it before he does actually make substitutions. What was it on Saturday DJ 84 minutes and Chang 92 minutes. Do it fifteen minutes earlier and give them some time to make a difference.
I’ve just read that George Hall is available for Saturday. No point posting the link as it was Express and Star behind a pay wall.
I guess Chang will not be on the bench then. Shame, he looked tidy from the few minutes we saw him.
With players returning from injury and international duty Sadler will have plenty of options Saturday.
However we all know he will pick his favorites long before Johnson, Chang or Wheatley get a chance. Infact i doubt the last 2 will even make the bench and we can look forward to Comley being first change in midfield

Lipsuic only had a short sub appearance for Ireland U21 on Friday, but he looked useful and earned his side a last minute penalty.
However, it is unlikely that he is under serious consideration for our bench.
Does anyone think Jellis could do a job upfront , pacy , works hard , can score ?
Or don’t put Comley on there?
At the start of the season we looked so good in midfield bringing Hall and Earing on at 60 minutes to replace tiring midfielders.
Bringing on Hall and Chang on for 30 minutes in this run in could be the difference in my opinion.

Makes sense to me.
I’ll have you know our Manager is a Top Top coach with the highest possible qualifications and all the badges .I was led to believe .
I’d love to see young Ethan Wheatley given another chance, a prestigious and precocious talent. I can’t imagine Man U are very happy about his treatment here which could have serious repercussions for us down the line.
That’s good news really offers some creativity only problem who is going to makes those runs in behind .don’t want to see Hall on and we just lumping in balls a crosses .he really does offer us another option to get at teams if Sadler can change tactics.
I’d like to see Wheatley, Hall and Chang all in the squad but I doubt if I will.

All these calls for Wheatley make me smile. When he did play he was criticised on here heavily by some folk. Not by me as I rarely criticise players but he did look a little naive for this league. I would certainly have him on the bench Saturday along with Hall and Chang. The pace and skill of those 3 might well be enough to win the game. I would start with Matt and Amantchi as Wimbledon I seem to recall are a physical outfit. UTS

Eh??? He’s scored 12 goals at just under 1 goal every 3 games not even counting what has been widely regarded as causing a real nuisance to free up space for others.
He starts for 65 along with Harrison if fit + Levi or DJ as subs

Can you see Hally and Chang on the bench mate especially with Albert potentially being there as well?. I can’t. Also think if Ethan is on the bench DJ would miss out
