Bizarre selection - Gordon was awful against Salford, but willing to give him another chance with Matt alongside him, but it’s a big risk

Sadler’s go-to rotation is OM for Lakin.
The irony of course is that we looked pretty decent before OM was fit and Lakin was playing 90mins most weeks

I don’t mind McEntee in the middke, but it means Jellis on the wrong side where he’s less effective.
So three strikers plus Uncs on the bench… who no doubt will get put on as a striker.
Think Wheatley is done already to be fair.
Great to see Josh Gordon and Matt starting we have a very successful record when they start and often score. Very confident we will get a result tonight.

Lakin has hardly been amazing but he was part of the team in that great run before January

Rushed up to get to the game after work - only to see McEntee and Flash starting. If you’d told me before Sadler I might as well have not bothered! (I still would of, I’m addicted)

Looks like too radical a back-to-basics approach. But maybe it will work. Perhaps everyone has forgotten what JG can bring to this team. Or what he cannot.

Probably going back to a similar team that got us solid results around Christmas time
