Gillingham (H) Tuesday 11th Feb, 7.45pm

Absolutely incredible to think some were happy, nay, delighted with our transfer window :rofl:

It’s not the transfer window!

Maybe Sadler isn’t a bright young manager after all.

We’ve had one way of playing all season which worked when we had an absolute superstar in the team.

He goes and we’re shit.

Add in a rubbish transfer window (which was laughably lauded as 9/10 by some) and zero idea on what to change now teams have worked us out. Plus add in pig headed favouritism to certain players regardless of form or ability and it is all now a bit worrying.

Crap match, crap result but we didn’t lose, so we can be thankful for that. It looks like we’ve forgotten how to defend and how to score too.

Their goal was incredible - I bet he’ll never score one like that again.

Let’s hope this slump ends soon.

A point against the mighty Gillingham.
Oh dear.
Was just waiting for them to get the winner.

fwiw I think we’re lucky to get a point out of that. Gills should have had a peno, had by far the better chances and looked the more likely to win it. I know DJ should have probably put that chance away but he’s only striker that could have ended up in that position to start with. he has to play for me.

Another point on the board.

Extend the unbeaten home form.

At the risk of getting pelters, some of the comments on here tonight…

Wishing players that represent our club to get injured- I’m sorry but that’s embarrassing…

Concerning performance both on and off the pitch.

Confidence and fitness look shot. Last two games we have faded badly after taking the lead.

Saturday is looking like a tough game.

All this isn’t just because Lowe’s gone back either I’m not having it I’m afraid.

Not only is the team selection wrong in the first place, but I’m astounded he left McEntee in midfield the whole game considering we had 3 of our back 5 on a booking. Surely you bring one off, drop McEntee in there and bring on an actual f*cking midfielder.

For the neutral - second half was an enjoyable game of football against two evenly matched teams. Sadly we don’t look like a top half team at the moment.

I thought Simkin should have done better with the Gillingham goal though.

Ah well - onwards to Chesterfield. UTS.

Sadler is totally clueless now
Gave us hope and now his laughing at us as he tears us down
Do people really believe he will still get us up?
Get rid and save our season

I would feel happy, there’s one point, and not too deflated, that two were missing.

That would mean your manager would have brains

Still can’t believe we signed two strikers in Jan plus have DJ and he starts Josh Gordon.

Laughable.

Utterly pathetic performance. Just accept if we scrape into the playoffs we will lose to Bradford. This could genuinely turn into the most embarrassing season I’ve ever had supporting them. 12 points clear with a game in hand and now we are potentially down to a four point lead . Given current form that will be gone in a week .

Aah well looking forward to seeing Josh Gordon up starting again on Saturday :rage:

This is Whitney or Merson level of mental.

There is a lot of that - a bipolar reaction from some fans who seem to be happy when they are bashing the players. We know these players can do the job; we just have to hope they get back soon. Maybe all it needs is a win.

As I said - at least we didn’t lose.

I’d we are continually having to throw DJ for the last 10 to win or get something from the game, should tell Sadler what we’ve been doing the previous 80 minutes isn’t working.

The more I reflect on that starting line up tonight, the more it angers me.

We’ve come out of January a different team
