So good to see players coming back into training, should give us a much needed boost when they are match fit :slightly_smiling_face:

I know Flynn hasn’t given firm dates for having them back, but any guesses when Gordon and Mcentee will be in the match day squad?

McEntee said himself on ifollow commentary that he was around 6 weeks away and that was 2 weeks ago

We know nothing about Mcentee really . I really hope with his background at a top club he is more of player who can bring the ball out of defence with good distribution . Which is what we lack currently.

Riley waiting on scan results?? There something wrong with our medical team.

Either that or we’re waiting on the NHS.

Seems like it’s been a bit of a farce, and it doesn’t sound like it’s the first time recently. This is the sort of stuff that gets around too and can put potential targets off.

Your expect scan results to be instant also especially if you’ve got good medical care, not sure why you’d be waiting. It’s certainly a strange situation.

Been waiting for these scan results since July !
How can he not be properly diagnosed yet? It’s crazy

The results of the scan were actually posted to the club on July 2nd but Rob’s holding them in his garage as his revenge for Duttongate.

Could indeed be mismanaged, or could also be deliberately vague for other reasons - mystery “injuries” happen all the time.

Hadn’t thought of that. Thomas Rosicky for Arsenal always had “mystery” back injuries

I think that you have only got to look at the way Holden was managed during his recovery to realise that there is a major flaw somewhere in out treatment of injured players.

Wonder if any of them are related to Ken Armstrong or Kristian Bielik?

Possible, but the issues seems to be when players are referred to consultants. Medical team only follow their directives

Maybe we need some new consultants then?

Lol there is the saying you get what you pay for
Scratchings don’t buy much in the NHS I suspect

Liam Gordon on the bench tonight, nice to see him back
