This was my understanding. Had a discussion with Walsall Fan TV as he thought if we signed him permanently then he could play, but EFL rules state otherwise.
In accordance with FIFA Regulations a Player may be registered with a maximum of three clubs during one season. During this period, the player is only eligible to play in official matches for two clubs.
Why do we have to sign a target man? They generally rarely score and are boring to watch
