Sadlers an extremely in and out of form manager, weāve looked horrible and excellent with him with a bit of inbetween. He has certainly merited next season for me though.

Sadler is showing his inexperience, but he is just that, inexperienced. Itās his first season as a manager/head coach and for me, has shown enough this season to show the future could be more positive than the past 5 years in this league. Since relegation, we havenāt got to this point in the season with something to still play for, albeit fighting possible relegation.
Heāll learn from this.
