Yep i remember a few of those back in the day
2 on the roof a couple on the bumpers one each side of the wing mirrors with 6 inside and a couple in the boot, we certainly covered it

Most of my early experiences of Walsall away games were in the back of a transit van with a milk crate as a seat if you were lucky. Or sometimes Iād be lucky enough to sit in the front with Leachy driving. Happy days.
And 6 under the tarpaulin in the back rattling about with the scaffolding poles
1500 hundred fans represents 25% of our home attendance, just an outstanding effort by our great fans.
Lets hope the team will give them something to shout about!
Does anybody know if The Dolphin pub allows away fans to drink in?
Do they make a ford transit with drop down oxygen masks do you know .
Not since they knocked it down, along with Goscote Boys Club!
Proper answer: I donāt know sorry.
I was going to post the same but thought better of it lol. Place is ābetterā for.
Just looked where that was - stoke Hammond? Yeah Iād imagine so only usually town centre pubs or those by the ground that restrict custom, probably wonāt be any MK fans in there!
Its one in Bletchley i was thinking off going too, where are others going pre match?
Probably the Wetherspoons by the station
My first thought was that Dolphin as well.
There are 3 Dolphins.
Stoke Hammond, Newport Pagnell and Bletchley.
I assume heās talking about the Bletchley one on Whaddon Way.
A lot of the pubs in Bletchley are for ālocal peopleā so maybe not.
Worth a try though.
Parking at Bletchley station and going in the Park or Working Mans Club is an option.
Iām personally heading to Captain Ridleyās for breakfast and then pubs in Fenny.
We lived in the flats just behind, on Dolphin Close in the early 80ās before moving to Pleck.
My mom and dads local back in the day, i remember driving past the Barley Mow one day and dad saying āyou were conceived behind there sonā
Werenāt they supposed to be in the premier league by now? Iām sure that was Winklemanās grand plan when he was on his mass PR drive 20 years ago to justify the move.
Yo-yoing between leagues 1 and 2 with still sub 10k crowds for vast majority of league games while Wimbledon had to do the very hard yards in the combined counties league and now play infront of 7-8k most weeks. 9 points between them in the football pyramid.
It was wrong what happened but Iād have a tiny bit more respect for Franchise if theyād started right at the bottom and worked their way up, think theyād have grown their fanbase a little bit more doing that aswell.
1-1 today.
Nice fixture for you this one @SaddlerSteve
