Anyone else place any bids on the website ? I placed a few bids on a number of players after the Morecambe game . Received the following email today to say the auction had been cancelled . Just wondering what the operational challenges would be to not send some of the shirts .
Probably can’t get replacement stock for 3 months!

Possibly the club dont have enough spare shirts to be able to send them out. They dont have enough stock for fans after all.

Looks like the kits won’t get signed then and will be rewashed and used for the season .
Yeah, i think i heard it was Liam Gordon’s turn to wash the kit this week, but he forgot about the game tonight and left it in the kit bag to smell on his kitchen floor all Sunday before sadler texted him to remind him we needed it for Tuesday.
He was spotted down the launderette Monday afternoon after training to get it all done in time, although he needed help with the tumble drier setting so it didn’t shrink meaning only stirk and RAM would have been able to wear theirs.
I guess if we only have one kit for the season, then it should free up some funds to pay a bit more wages for that elusive striker!

We got a game tonight and one on Saturday the clowns at the club probably havent ordered enough to kit the team out with new kits if new stock is not due until late September say
Agree with other posters, I’d guess they can’t get enough kit from macron to be sure they have enough shirts going forward so have to hold it back for the time being.
I wonder how many kits players get through in a season?
I would have thought the old adage of “One on, one off and one in the wash” would be sufficient.
Norfolk is not the easiest place in the country to get to every week

Apparently, he washed the shorts and socks together on too high a setting and the shorts have gone pink!

Things get worse at training when the team lose their shorts driving the manager Mr Dainty crazy (“I didn’t come here on a free transfer from Walsall to stand and watch a bunch of morons arguing about football shorts!”)
