Get the impression that Candlin leaving has been on the cards for a while, which might explain his relative lack of game time preseason and bringing in Parker and involving him in the first team.

Parker will be fine - not a scout for WFC but Mr Grigg also played for Stratford Town FC. Funny how things go around and I nowt abowt strikerrrs ! Trust in those who know. There’s also a kid at evesham and arsenal scouts am there just awaiting…

Bit of a shame but as others have said, above, with Ferrier, Cook and Flash ahead of him, how much would he play this season?
Of course, he could/should have played more last season when we were struggling.
