Notts County (A) Tickets

Last I saw was that we’d been given an extra 300 tickets. Anyone know if we’ve sold these out? I’ve used the link the club have provided to buy tickets, created an account but can’t select seats in the away end

Will this be like Chesterfield in which you can’t buy on the day due to security issues? Really annoying if that is the case.

It’s a really big stand so surprised at how small the allocation is, surely could’ve just requested 2k straight up unless with it being NYD they’re short of stewards and staff so only want to open up a quarter of the stand.

It looks like we’ve sold the 1.5k we’ve been given already and I know loads who are after tickets still. Will be really disappointing if that’s the case.

By security issues they probably mean numbers of Stewards.

Only 250 Cheltenham tickets left.

I got mine yesterday direct from Notts, looks like they’ve all gone.

Unsure why the club are not communicating, also the ground is more than big enough to have pay on the day.

Have you got to purchase county tickets through there website? Load of tosh all this with the size of that away end! Surely they know New Years day fixture and who the opposition is was going to attract a big following?!

There were 2,157 Bradford fans at Notts last week but pay on the day was not available. Hopefully we are allowed to buy online again beforehand.

Yes but they’ve all gone.

Daft if they don’t give us more. Don’t the stand hold about 4k?

And why only give an extra 300 tickets when they’re going through their site anyway!? Just work out what you’re willing to give us with segregation and put them all on sale.

Cos it’s Christmas and like you they deserve a holiday? I imagine

Alright snow flake calm down.

Christmas or not , you still have to sell tickets ffs!

Such a ball ache going to games now on the day if they’re not operating a cash turnstile or even a booth in their own ticket office where you can get some for the away end.

Spent too much online as usual in last two weeks so would rather use some of the money I’ve got in cards from relatives to pay for this one, first world issues I know. :joy:

If Bradford 2k couldn’t pay on the day little hope here I suggest.

They should just put the netting on the halfway line as that would be around 3k seats and more than enough. Reminds me of the Barnsley SF where they sectioned off half the stand and everyone was cramped into the one part of the stand.

Not sure why 2,000 couldn’t be accommodated in the Jimmy Sirrel stand. Mansfield took almost 4k to Meadow Lane last sesson in a 16k plus crowd.

I’m hoping they open another couple of blocks. I don’t get many chances to make away games so was looking forward to this.

Not if you are on your day off lol

I dont get why, as a business, you would not want to sell as many tickets as you can, as easy as you can?

You see it now with restaurants. You can’t book a table … or there are none available … but that’s because there are no staff. I was in Brum on the run up to Christmas. Had to queue at 6pm to get in the Old Joint Stock because of serving capacity. I got in and it was no where near as heaving as it can be. But not enough staff working to serve.

Rant over :joy:

The stewards like some of ours will be from some twobob rent a vest agency and the ticket sales are based on knowing how many rentavests they need.

Yeah we had a few left then they announced they had a further final allocation of 300 odd and they went in a few hours which would suggest the demand was there for more people had just been a bit casual in buying them well in advance. Be a shame if now we’ve sold out that people miss out when there will be 1000s of empty seats inside.

I’d rather not be able to get in than spend good money only to receive piss poor service tbh.
