Awful news, part of the most entertaining midfield i have seen in nearly sixty years.
Absolutely awful news.
I have been fortunate to be in his company on a number of occasions.
A proper football man. Even from afar, he was so invested in the ongoings at our beloved football club. He stated how grateful he was to Walsall for giving him a platform in professional football.
We must pay our respects to this great man appropriately.
RIP Shakey. We have lost ‘a gooden’.

What a loss, can’t quite believe it. Now that was a lad who could hit a free kick. Always seemed to score from them, but that maybe my memory remembering the good times.
Great player, part of that great midfield with Preecy, both taken too young.
