No point losing your trousers aswell as your shirt.
Although from farming acquaintances I see that bailer twine works if you’ve not got a belt.
I opened the £2 tin at the weekend and there was over 800 quid in it. Free money which could well end up being invested in a flutter or two on the boys
Shouldn’t you check the £800 tin first to see what’s in there?
Crazy there’s managers who’s rather have ngoo over oztumer …
II can’t fault your enthusiasm mate
Got a very good hunch on this one.
Already played in europe and two seasons in SPL so league 2 isn’t going to faze him one little bit.
7-8 goals will do nicely so think he’ll be a really good pick up.
Feel a lot more confident about the upcoming season than I did 12’hoirs ago . At least we have a few more options.
There does seem to be a bit more calculated transfers and competition for places than we’ve been used to . Seems like it’s all coming together for a tilt at the top 7 I hope
League of Ireland is a very good standard - I think this is a good signing. Has some experience as well.
UP THE SADDLERS
It sounds like the attacking midfielder we’ve been wanting for a while, we’re not lacking for players in the middle of the park.
The RWB that some are screaming for doesn’t appear to be coming. Does anyone know what happened to Cameron Norman since he left Newport? He would ideal for that position, a player quite frankly, we should never have let go.
The only signing I’m not happy with is DJT, I sincerely hope he proves me wrong this season. Apart from that, I think Sadler has done a pretty good job in the transfer market.
Joined MK Dons last month
I can see similarities with Stevanage’s signing of Alex Gilbey last season who appeared 45 times and played a very important part in their promotion campaign.I’m not suggesting we will get promoted but the logic behind this signing makes perfect sense.
I’m the same. Exceptionally pleased with all the signings. Just not the one you’ve mentioned.
Rosy entries
Yes last season pretty much all the creativity was put on Hutch.
Hopefully Tierney can settle in and Stirk is already looking decent in pre season so midfield has a more energetic and youthful feel with McEntee also in there compared to the static days of Sinclair, Guthrie, Liddle 2-3 years back.
The signings have predominantly been upgrades and younger too, it stands us in good stead not just for this season as we have a big gap to make up on the past 3 years between our points totals and the play-offs but for future seasons too. Sadler now needs a bit of time and patience to work with this group and make tweaks if necessary in January and next summer and I think we could be in for a much more successful period upcoming.
