What a great role model to mentor and advise entrepreneurs.
His football cafe, which he started with that well known relationship counsellor Ryan Giggs, has recently been wound up. The last submitted accounts showed losses of over £2 million.
Then of course there’s Salford City FC. He is no longer CEO, but under his leadership the business ran up debts of nearly £20 million, and at the peak of his stewardship was said to be losing £91k a week.
Having Gary Neville on Dragons Den is like a retirement home appointing Harold Shipman as a medical adviser.

That photograph epitomises the diversity in football today. We have certainly come a long way from when I started watching football in the 60’s. Used to be full of white blokes in those days.

There were a few women about. I took my wife to be to some matches in the late sixties but she was jinx so she stopped going after about 5 defeats!!! 
She now has a season ticket with my daughter so perhaps I have just realised who is to blame for our demise
