Sadler out! Save our season!

Trivela are not only accountable to fans but also the shareholders who must be as p****d off as us fans at how things have been so badly mismanaged.

Wait until the next few weeks and we don’t go up the shareholders will not like what they will be seeing.

Has there been any sign of Matt Jordan, Trivela’s Vice President of Global Football, at the Bescot? Wouldn’t he be involved in any discussions about what has gone wrong, and how to put it right?

Yeah that what gets me the most.

The January business whether they are good signings or not is what it is, but the absolute lack of using Chang Lipsuic, even Wheatley, so very bizzare.

What is the point in signing them?

Also, be interested if Birmingham and Stoke are happy with it? Hope it doesnt damage those relationships going forward

Also wrong, as Forest finished 16th in the PL that season!

That one isn’t even close, Forest were outside of the play offs in January. Steve Cooper had been appointed earlier in the season when they were bottom and he turned them round and took them up through the play-offs. Also Jan '22 is part of the 21-22 season, not the 22-23 season. But apart from that, spot on…

Seems there’s a lesson here for those relying rather too heavily on AI at the moment.:robot:

Wigan were in the Championship that season and were relegated. When is AI taking over the world? Bit of work to do yet. Or is it just lulling us into a false sense of security? :exploding_head:

If he works at a high level with Ben and Leigh on the ground here

The amount of work that must have gone in to turn the Drogs full time and get them ready for Europe and turn them from bottom of the table also rans to early front runners can’t be underestimated. The effort that’s gone in is bearing fruits

The amount of time that must have gone in to the Silkenborg acquisition must have really stretched resources. Early Jan was there window and lots of cracks to smooth over

Do not tell me the #1 focus was on our recruitment at the Bescot. Bigger fish were being fried in Ireland and Denmark.

It’s not reasonable to expect the head of heads to be turning up to put stuff right….

We were top of the league up till yesterday and whilst we might think things have gone from bad to worse since January, the head of heads may not…

Just to be topical and for comparison - It’s like suggesting the production line has a problem at the Tesla factory and the line manager calls for Elon Musk to come down to sort it out…

Trivela has appointed its well remunerated management team to run Walsall - its those folk that need to sort it out…

The sooner Leigh Effs Off the better, he even said he has no idea about running a football club (or something along those lines) so why is the transitional period still going on?

Perhaps hes another one to blame for our January buisness.

Should be our motto.

Seriously we’re back to blaming Pomlett?? I despair sometimes.

I do think if we lose to Barrow Trivela might push the button on Sadler. At the point, there is nothing to lose.

It may seem odd, but we have to both ignore the league position and look at our recent run, but also appreciate that run in the context of where we are and the opportunity facing us.

Do Trivela want to risk promotion for Sadlers pride? They may like him, but do they like him that much? Togetherness only goes so far I think and eventually some business acumen will come in to play. Failing to achieve promotion could cost 1 or 2 mil in revenue.

They’ll stick with him

If we go up - alls good and its next season to think about

If we fail - it’ll be MS fault and they can exercise their option to get rid of him admonishing themselves from the main focus of blame or stick with him and demand certain performance based criteria for next season and if he doesn’t achieve them, then he’s history at the time parameter they set it for…

They are all to blame for January’s fiasco, hes still Co Chairman is he not?

Part of the old regime with the same tinpot mentality when it comes to transfer windows.

We should have won more games regardless how bad the Jan business was

If by some miracle we go up Sadler stays. If we don’t he will go. There is no way he will be at this club if we are in division 2 next season.

Yep, of course we should.

Hold out for the win at Cheltenham and win one more game and we’d be coasting now.

Losing Lowe was a big blow, but it is no excuse for such a huge drop off in form.

Definitely trouble brewing. An infusion of confidence is urgently required if we are going to get this done.
