I’m completely perplexed as to why you think Sadler will somehow turn this around and get us promoted?

That’s why he should’ve been sacked last Saturday in order to gibve someone time to chsnge things, something Sadler hasn’t got a chance of doing.

@Superdon certainly one of the posters here who wouldn’t be opposed to another season in Div 4 as long as we get more points than last season. No doubt idolises Mat Sadler for accumulating more points than Flynn / Taylor / etc
Even though he is our Worst Manager since Hutchings. Maybe even worse than Hutchings.
The answer to sack him SuperDon is to remove the drain on spirit and remove the one plan and one plan only mission he is on.
To gee up some of these players who have stopped playing for him

I’d take a look at Steve Evan’s. If i was RoK I’d bell my pal John Terry and say do you fancy it 5 games. Is Cutler still out of work bring him in with Terry. Daryll Clarke also out of work.

How about Lee Johnson, just finished a 4 week fire-fighting stint successfully saving a team from relegation in Belgium.
Other than that Doris the tea-lady…already in the building and could do a better job for free.

Sorry disagree. With every game the chances get less and less.
I’d change it tonight and give a fresh pair of eyes a go to see if we can make it in the play offs.
Still have a minimum of 5 games to go.
Give him a call on a bank holiday weekend. Tell him you have sacked your manager when your team is a few points off top spot. See what he says.
