Bought mine!
Problems: I couldn’t buy my daughter’s ticket. She has a different log in to me on the club site.
Although it lists American Express on the list of possible cards it doesn’t actually accept them. I had to pay with my mastercard after 3 attempts with my Amex.
Not really a problem but it does quote a sucharge of ÂŁ2.00 as an admin fee. I was not charged this. Checked my credit card account and was charged ÂŁ350.00 as expected.
But I have my seat! Phoned my daughter to tell her to get her own!

Despite having an account and a season ticket history I show as a complete blank in every part of menu.

havent been able to commit to a season ticket for a good few years tempted this season anyone know how much one in the upper behind the goal would be monthly over the 10 month plan? tried to do it but the finance site is playing up and it wont process? cheers

It is saying £340 mate i don’t know how much the interest they charge but split that over 10 months say about £40 a month?

Mines showing all okay, will definitely be renewing at the end of this month. Let’s hope the club sees a few extra season tickets bought than usual. Will people be desperate to get to football, or will people have broken the habit and found new hobbies? :thinking:

I believe you can add family members to your network in your account.

Then if you buy their ticket you assign it to them and they should be able to access it and download using their own account.

I think that allows you to assign someone else as a proxy for you but not for you to assign yourself as a proxy for them

So @saddla can only buy his daughter’s ST for her if she adds him to her network and gives him permission to manage transactions on her behalf not the other way round of him unilaterally adding her to his network.

But if all the people you are acting for go on and set it up from their end, they won’t have to bother again and you can do it all from your account going forward.

I’ve added my brother and the default settings appear to let you assign tickets to the other person as well as having assign them to you. You can change those settings but the default appears to let you do it as soon as you’ve added them.

Ah right I can see how you do it now!
You have to go to “my account” then “network” and then “add members”.
I still might let my daughter buy her own though :rofl:

Cant even get mine to work log on want work tried reset password which want come through created new account which want let me buy my seat any ideas lol

I’d not bought any tickets online since 2019.
Once I logged into my account it showed everything I’d bought between 2013-2019.
