Share an academy and scouts?

Would another approach to having our own academy and scouting system be to link up with say Villa?

They would of course pick the best of the crop and we could have players that Villa would normally let go that are potential good league 1 & 2 material and we could develop them from there.

We could pay an annual fee plus a percentage of any sell on.

Or would you rather remain with the current set up and improve that?
