To me just shows how desperate the forward situation if fans even think a 16 year old is anywhere near the squad .hes a good player wragg withe loads of future potential hence him being given time around the first team squad like Sadler has done with previously with the kids .Ive seen Charlie play many times from when he was a 12 year old .he could develop into a good player hence his loan .
Yep, but you forgot to add: ‘Comes back next season for his new club and scores a brace against us, most likely ruining our play off hopes just to add salt in the wound.’

If he’s not going to play, then he needs to go. He’s too expensive to be sitting in the stands!

They’ve worked the hardest, sacrificed the most and been the most dedicated……for the longest!!!
That’s why they’re the best.
It doesn’t just mean they have to be a running machine (as someone else mentioned) but they are the hardest working and every player in every team that’s successful runs!
Phil Foden was the second highest distances covered for England in the Euros. He didnt get a pass to be the “luxury free player” just because he’s the most talented.
It’s a little position specific but not many players are dipping below 9/10km a game and most are north of that and hitting 12/12.5km
The running levels change with the divisions with Mo Salah for example hitting 1.5Km high speed running compared with an average league two player hitting under half of that albeit their total distances may be similar……
As I say, an average league two side simply cannot afford the luxury of a player who thinks he doesn’t have to buy into that.
If DJ is on anything like 4k as Mr Mole says then it’s no wonder we can’t get him off the wage bill. I think a combination of DJ still at the club and Adebayo not being sold has stopped us signing a named striker. Very disappointing we havent at least got a young talent on loan by now up front.

My mate said Dwight Gayle trialist at Stockport tonight against Blackburn and even Louis Barry on loan too
And if we are taking all he says as gospel then someone is close to signing, so everyone can calm down and relax therefore resisting the urge to sl@g the club off for a bit longer until whomever it is are revealed…

I agree that there’s been a mass overreaction and all will be fine if we sign a couple of good players but it’s clear the club have tried and failed with quite a few forwards so far.

I am not commenting on how it will be for Morecambe as I know things will change and even if not sorted but improved by then the Window has weeks to run
Some people are now calling out our new CEO on twitter which is embarrassing and crazy but then again it is gensan123 lol

The squad is paper thin, with very little depth and even less quality. We haven’t even got any loans apart from Simkin- I assume that’s going to change when we get the Stoke kid next week. Thank God for Stoke - never thought I’d say that - otherwise we’d struggle to get a team out!! One week left to get in at least 2 loanees, possibly 3.
Dunno how the squad is seen as paper thin? Apart from strikers (which are coming) there are two players for every single position 
Starting next week there will be atleast five first teamers missing out on the matchday squad every week because of the numbers we have.

People are frustrated at the lack of decent signings, and are looking to vent their frustration. Who knows, this time next week we could have two new quality forwards and we could be looking forward confidently to our promotion season. Then again………

This was posted by the club’s academy tonight. I recognise a few of the young lads but was drawn to the beanpole in the background. Anyone know who he is (he must have had a tough paper round if he’s a member of our academy!)? I’m assuming that he may be a coach but don’t recognise him
