His definitely miles off league 1 quality
But he’s a good player for the system Sadler wants to play.
Can see why Sadler has decided to chuck him straight back in rather than use Johnson.
Also scored double figures for us the last time we were in League 1.

I keep checking to see if we’ve got someone in and although it’s been another day without an announcement it’s quite comforting knowing that we are taking our time making sure we get the ones who will continue to help us move forward. Equally important of course is that the club are letting people know we will do our best to keep hold of the players who are currently here.
This particular window seems different than previous ones.
His ok in league 2 and as a backup in league 1 end of games but he won’t give enough firepower at that level imo .
Nice to debate wether players may be good enough for league 1 though lol

Makes some sense, but we’ve got 3 more games before the window closes. I’m a bit nervous that we could lose our impetus without getting in some back-up to cover for injuries, loss of form etc.

In a completely opposite view to most transfer windows the longer it takes may be more of a positive this time out … hopefully we’re biding our time to get exactly the player/players we want rather than panicking early doors and bringing the wrong characters in!
