The Maher for Jellis sub was a waste and has stopped us from making the Cleary for Matt sub that was unquestionably needed.

Thereā€™s one thing to be grateful for from today. That Tranmere have been determined not to attack for 89 mins of the game means our GD remains relatively unharmed.

Went out the window after 3 mins. If we had put that away, Tranmere would have had to come at us more. Instead we gave them and their crowd a lift, and allowed the game to go scrappy with a lot of stop and start. We simply havenā€™t been able to change the course of the game, lumping the ball to an ever more frustrated Matt who has been crap.

If last week was the sublime we are at the other end of the spectrum this week.

This match has played out exactly how I worried too many would this season when I spent all summer moaning (probably much to many peoples annoyance).

I canā€™t tell you how frustrating I find this sort of performance.
