If it stays this cold it will be off, but it is meant to be getting (a bit) warmer on Saturday. So all we can do is sit and wait.

The temperature goes and stays above freezing from Friday morning onwards so the game will go ahead, I am sure.

The forecast is for five or six degrees by Saturday afternoon. I can’t see a problem, unless the forecast is hopelessly wrong.
Dan Mole would have arranged two matches for Saturday and both would have gone ahead.

I was looking forward to it but I reckon this ones gonna be off.

I would like to see Faal and Gordon start the match tomorrow with DJ and DJT on the bench.
It’s been a while since we were spoiled for choice up front, we have the makings of a more than decent squad, which a club has to have to get out of this division.
I hope we can give it a right good go until May and beyond (if necessary). Most of us would have taken a play off spot at the start of the season, the players we’ve added recentlymakes it look more than achievable.
The game has got to be in grave danger because it will take some time for the pitch to thaw out, safety, player safety and spectator safety, has to be the priority.

After the utter farce at Alfreton I think it is important decisions are taken early, full credit to those clubs who have been proactive in calling their games off.
They’re bound to have had cover’s on all week, today and tomorrow are predicted to be above freezing so 
The Mansfield temps look very much like ours too.
It’s going to depend on how we’ve protected the pitch the last few days I think.
Wonder if that 1 degree will make a difference. 
The BBC Weather has Walsall staying above 0 all night and 6 degrees at 3pm. It has been above zero all day today. Waterlogging might be an issue but it should not be frozen.
