Depends on the type of peak, I suppose. a table top mountain type of peak will do quite nicely, particularly if we haven’t yet reached the top. On the other hand, a Hans Christian Anderson fairytale mountain type peak, of which we have already scaled the summit isn’t so good.
Worth having a peak after each game in my opinion, just to see how it’s going.
And Dean’s squad were playing in a division higher.
Does anyone know if the train strikes are affecting trains from Bescot to Cannock (think it is the Rugeley Trent Valley Train) after the game tomorrow? I’ve seen it mentioned, trainline still showing them as running.
I can get a lift to the game but will need to come up with a plan B if they aren’t running afterwards. Cheers.
When I checked on Wednesday, looking for times on the WM Trains site, there were definitely no trains running. Just looked again, following your post, and they are there, as usual.
The Club usually put a post out on Friday evening if the trains are going to be disrupted, so I will keep an eye out for that.
Hopefully they will be running as it makes it a much longer day if not. Still will be worth it whatever if we can help cheer the lads on to another victory.
