W 3-1 vs Mansfield Town (H) - League Two - Sat 11th Sept, 3pm

He looks like a real class, ay he. And it wasn’t foul, mens arm to arm push.

Maybe only a small thing but I’m so pleased that we’ve stopped taking quick free kicks every time as we did under Clarke/Dutton. Most were just wasted.

Anybody got any links to the goals - I’m starving for some action!

This was the first Saturday home game I’ve missed by choice in several years.

The Osadebe effect … joke

Now THAT was entertainment

Very very good win, looks a proper team now. Don’t think this 11 is heading for non league somehow. :joy:

And still some key players to return of course. Looking forward to Newport next week.

Enjoyable afternoon. To be honest, I’m surprised what tremendous work has been done in the training grounds. I understand they looked poor, but I prefer to say we made them look poor. Some players were unavailable, but it didn’t matter much. Good team is building, probably.

That’s genuinely our best performance for around 3 years, absolutely loved it today :+1:t2:

Very, very good today. Miller is an opportunist, he took both of his goals through sheer determination and winning the second ball, very unlucky not to score a hat-trick. Well played young man.
A clean sheet would have been nice, but a little lapse in concentration allowed them score, MT won’t be pleased with that.
Everyone to a man played hard and fought for every ball, really good to see. I think there’s much more to come from this Walsall team.
If we’re this good with Wilko, Holden and Labadie out, the future looks very bright indeed.
There’s nothing better than happy fans going home after watching an entertaining game of football.

What’s this feeling? A performance and side to be proud of, been a while coming… .

Best we have played for years, absolutely rattled their defence everytime we went forward. Goal we let in was soft but it’s the way it goes

Also, Mansfield number 5 is the worst defender I’ve ever seen :joy:

Must also add it was the little touches today, ex players before the game , half time scores . Little things yes but they made the day really enjoyable.
