Really enjoyed his comments, seen him at away games in the past so will say hello next time.
He’s right with his comment at the end…come Saturday Morning everyone will forget the negativity for a few hours and enjoy the start of another season and hopefully they’ll be a bit more optimism by 5pm as the general mood does sum up the majority of fanbase currently I think.

I remember him away at preston, just randomly elbowed a preston player, the ball was in the other half
Personal favourite was the node to the bucks book ‘pass and move’…not sure Sadler’s book would be called that 
I was only talking about Brissett yesterday, a thing came up on Facebook about the friendly v Sheff Wednesday. Brissett was brilliant that night, I think I am right in saying he hadn’t signed for us then and we were interested in another player.
He pushed Graydon to his limits but as you said he was an important part of the team, played up front and on the left wing throughout the season.

I was only a lad back then so memories are very vague but the only time i remember him was him getting sent off for decking someone after a tackle 
I suspect he may have been more walk than talk…
I remember it mate I was there. He had been released by Bournemouth and a player me and my old man always rated.

Had brissett on left, wrack on right, rambo up top, with an array of different strike partners. Went through a few, cramb, otta, watson, siggi, am i right in saying steiner

To be fair I can’t think of a single player that season that let us down. Even Andy Watson who Graydon clearly didn’t fancy, came in a few times and scored for us. Players were signed with a specific job in mind in a simple system and were well drilled in it. Rocket science!
Brissett isn’t one that gets mentioned with the likes of Rambo and Wrack but he was very good for us.

Enjoying watching the stream back. Head in hands at 6.57 for Thanatos made me giggle!!
Yes we had a few and these players came in a done us a right job! Cramb got 4 goals in 4 games, Rob Steiner in my opinion was class… Walter Otta, Andy Watson, Clive Platt all done us a cracking job that season!!
