Probably I must apologize, because after spending some time and reading how this position looks in other clubs, it seems mail contact is the easiest and very popular. And no one mentioned some engineering background is needed, to build bridges between club and fans and other way around. Of course, it is hard to reach someone allergic to using official mail ways, but all that comments about forwarding this issue higher means more sense (still, maybe some social media employee, hierarchically under him, may be an answer; it could be difficult to reach someone, who spends nearly all time on a different social media platform). And it seems in smaller clubs, direct contact during games is popular. It seems also, other clubs were searching SLO by advert, but that must be some heresy.
