Six Nations Rugby

Mon Feb 06, 2017 10:50 am

Great weekend of rugby with a shock defeat for Ireland at the hands of Scotland and England scrapping through against a good French team. With so many key players out it was always going to be a tough match. If England win the Grand Slam then they will also break the world record for the most consecutive wins in Test history. :D

Still don't yet fancy our changes against New Zealand though..

Wales 16 England 21

What a game of rugby this was with Wales dominating large proportions of the game but England coming out on top due to a stout defence and an ability to take the opportunities when they arose. Daley’s late try with only minutes to go was sublime. With five players out who would have started yesterday it just goes to show how much depth we have in this young squad. Wales played out of their skin and this England side really had to dig deep to come out on top. Next up Italy where we’ll be hoping for a cricket score to get a bonus point and up the points difference.

The future looks very bright! :D
