The miserable old sod is still a miserable old sod and i love him to bits 
He lives not far from me and i have the pleasure of listening to him moaning when he gives me a lift to localish away matches. Had the pleasure of sunday lunch with him and his lovely wife Jan a couple of weeks ago. He still lurks and reads UTS but im trying to convince him to start posting again. Some sort of bring back the moaning old git campaign might convince him

Update on his health, i am sure he wont mind me sharing. He has had a couple of health scares but seems to be doing well at the moment. Obviously he moans about it but then again he moans about everything, one of many reasons i love him He is now well enough for his Mrs to let him out for local away matches and heās hoping to get to a couple more and maybe even get down to the Bezla this season. He will probably read this anyway but i will pass on peopleās regards next time i speak to him

Please pass on my best wishes also, I quite enjoyed his misery, it was just an outlet to vent his frustration of the demise of his club over so many years and his passion for the club, keep on moaning mate.

Which of those do you play a bit deeper in the more defensive role, which the formation needs to be effective probably.
One of Stirk, comley and lakin are going to play in there.
Itās either stirk or Comley and Iād pick stirk over Comley. To claim Lakin doesnāt do a lot is ridiculous. His pressing and creating space for Gordon and Allen obviously goes unnoticed to some. Lakin just need to tidy up his decision making when on the ball when heās got acres of space.

Play lakin in the cdm role. He will do better than stirk who after a good start imo is struggling with the basics now. He gives the ball away a lot under pressure and struggles to retain posession
