Our pre match routines look so much more professional than Iā€™ve witness in past seasons.Iā€™ve sat there watching them pissing about and chipping balls 30 yards to one another before matches of seasons gone by.

Saddler gives the impression of being scared to make changes unless forced to. Saddler said Williams was in contention, yet he fails even to find room for him on the bench.
