Barrow (A) April 12th, 3pm kick-off

Dunno if its just me, but that post match interview of Sadler (granted i only watched about 15 seconds of waffle) there was a different demeanor about him. Not the usual cock-sure/stretch-necking/patronising spiel. Certainly still waffle.

Is it just me?
Does he know his time is up?

Definitely . Think he knows - like we’ve all feared for ages - that we are fooked .

Looked like a beaten man

No I think he was genuinely upset by the performance as he was last week. He changed 6 of the team because they completely lost the plot in the second half last week but his changes didn’t work. If he is still around he now has the job of deciding who has the temperament to see us over the line…I think as I have posted elsewhere a new voice may be needed to give the players the necessary boost required. These should be able to see us over the line in my view especially if you look at the opposition in the next 4 games.

I get what you mean

I think he knows time is running out, next three games are absolutely must win.

Keep the faith. Keep believing. Keep hoping. Keep praying. Keep being dissapointed. Keep being emotionally drained. Keep being financially drained.Keep being deluded. Keep being mocked. Keep being ridiculed.
Keep fantasising. After 57 years as a Saddler still a masochist. Too late to change. Hope is eternal. UTS

Can’t love him after 9 wins and flip after this run - same team talks as in that run

It’s the principles of our play that weren’t and aren’t sustainable it happened last season

Now this season. But you’ve nailed your colours to the mast on Sadler - don’t change them if we win the next three or it would just look silly

PS If mat thinks DD,mccentee or big dave are better defenders than Harry Williams then he needs his head looking at.
Looking at the interview he looks a beaten man. I think he knows he’s very close to the sack

So he should, only promotion can save him now. If we go up it will be the weirdest promotion ever, no one will have any faith in him.
He is now seriously damaged goods I’m afraid. Worse still the football club I love is becoming a laughing stock and I for one hate that.

Look at the amount of passes and build up from Barrow in their goal:

Maybe this sunk in for me weeks ago so I can be a bit more philosophical about it

But Sadler ain’t going
Trivela ain’t changing it
The players will do what they will do

We can’t influence much now. Still winnable fixtures. We ain’t great. We are a shambles. But last few games then a summer to recoup. Gotta get behind the Actual players in the 90 mins ain’t we. Even if it’s the wrong players. Even if it’s that cart horse Daniels. Even if it’s Josh Gordon day dreaming. Os running in quick sand. Watching DJ warm up. Good performances rewarded with the bench like Levi.

We do what we can at this point. Turn up. Support.

The time for action to unseat Sadler or push Trivela has passed

And he also thought Comley was a better bet today than Stirk, or Chang. He could have picked any of the 615 fans who turned up today and they’d have been more effective

Dreadful interview from Sadler. Yet again rolling out the buzz words/phrases - nothing to suggest any meaningful change will happen.

Please tell us what you plan to do differently to improve results?!

It is that simple!

On X

Three hours there, three hours back and another weekend ruined.
I don’t know what more to say apart from this is shambolic embarrassing and completely unacceptable.
When people talk about “they are on the beach “ the only people who look like that are Walsall.
From five minutes in we looked very poor.
We couldn’t win a header, couldn’t pass couldn’t defend and created nowt.
