I know, the game was played in Austria.
He did use the word hopefully , clearly he knows it won’t happen.
Just likes to waffle nonsense.
Maybe they’ll activate that break clause he has
Doubt that will be needed. Josh Gordon as main striker is enough to get any manager the sack
So, are you saying the club wouldn’t have wanted to sign Bogle, because the fans certainly would have? The club can dress things up as much as they want saying they want to sign up two strikers, but when, and who is left that’s any good?!!
How have you taken that from that statement?
Just because fans want a player doesn’t mean the club do.
The decisions to sign these two will be the ones that costs Sadlers his job
Also, I don’t think the club are dressing anything up. They’ve said they’re still in the market to improve the forward positions, but it isn’t as simple as saying “Hmm, I like that one. I’ll go get him!”
And again, just because fans deem a player to either be good enough/not good enough doesn’t make it true.
These people call themselves supporters. What sort of fans deliver this sort of response to a serious injury to one of their own team. Mind you, I’ve long suspected that we have one or more sockpuppets on here.
A club signs a player, someone who supports another club sees this, then goes in with the ’ I wish we signed him’ , closely followed by why didn’t my club sign him, then a dash of 'well we did try and sign him but they offered more money and then you have established a full narrative. Doesn’t matter if it doesn’t reflect reality, it’s a narrative to cry about.
Rinse repeat
Too many think it’s like a Football Manager save.
Give it a rest about Lalkovic, he was cack first and second time around and he won’t be any better now. His love for The Walsall is all around getting a contract, if someone offers a penny more he’ll be off like a shot.
Really? Bookie offers better odds for something that is highly unlikely to happen against something that is more likely to happen. You’d almost think that bookies were trying to get people to waste their money and line their pockets. Thank goodness it doesn’t work like that, jeez.
We can probably make a decent assessment based on who they are and what their past performance has been like!
If it’s not that simple, how can the likes of Crewe and Newport go out and identify targets and sign good players that would greatly improve our team?
Exactly yet Gensanx simultaneously claims relegation is going to happen and the bookies don’t get it wrong
Thanks for that erudite response, you muppet! It’s a question, designed to spark a debate. Personally, I think a back 3 of McEntee - Dave- Allen as the best balanced defence we have. I don’t think DD should be an automatic choice, just because he’s team captain. It doesn’t mean I want him crocked!
I don’t care for Crewe and Newport. How do you know if they were first, second, third, forth etc choices. They signed them, we didn’t. Maybe we weren’t in for them, maybe we were. Will we ever know? Probably not. But like I’ve already said, if we were and they chose otherwise it could have been for a host of reasons.
It’s not as simple as one team paying more, or being ‘better’.
What, because you say so?
You cant debate on here mate not if it doesnt agree with certain posters views , you just get abused and mocked
