Well, it’s started moving now. 86p up.

I would have cashed out :joy:

I was delighted at half time, and really pleased for Perry.

Not for one minute did I think we’d get a point though.

Gets you down in the end.

Don’t worry, Gamble and Mole will still be employed at the club as CEO and COO when we go down, those guys are the ones to turn the fortunes of this club around - right down the match day experience, which definitely won’t be worse than our peers at that level. They have a proven track record of success.

Looking at the table it’s the 15 draws that speak volumes for me. We’re so bang average that there was always a chance a decent spell might make us look capable of reaching the play-offs, but ultimately we were only ever a bad run (or losing our only goal-scorer) away from sliding down the table.

Jon Whitney had a similar knack.

I would say it’s the expectation that gets you, but we don’t have any :man_facepalming:

We were one nil up and all I was thinking was what a fantastic result it would be if we got a point.

My hope or belief in this team of ■■■■■, managed by a rookie, is gone. Literally nothing.

I heard that too and it choked me.

Erm… yes. If you take wins away from any team they enter the relegation zone. Fortunately the league records wins.

The desire to hate is strong.

Is there any way you could put it on here?

No the point being that the run of 4 wins was extraordinary and completely out of character with the rest of the season.

If its online I will sort it yeah - leave it with me

First time I have heard some real talk from a Walsall caller, he nailed it. Proper choked up too.

What did he say?

Does he still hold the longest running sequence of home wins though? Something like that. Mental how good we could be and how bad we could be back then.

Scary how many players in JW teams would be an absolute luxury now. Apart from Simeon Jackson of course, he was well documented pap.

Well it was a victory for one of the worst run teams in the last decade, against one of the most well run clubs in the last 20 years, wonder which one is going for promotion and which is going out the football league

Might as well relocate to Blakenall Football Club and be well run from there

Is swinging both ways alright with you?

Nah
100% commitment or find something else to bet on :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
