I think their keeper did it as we had just made two subs and I reckon Evatt wanted to alter things to help cope with the changes we had made, so he tells the keeper to go down then he can do a mini team talk with the players.
As you say, a tactic being employed by a number of teams, including us with Simkin, I’d say, so if they want to stop it, they have to do something to stop player going over to the dugout.
Sadler not so subtly mentioned it in his interview that he “had another injury”, it’s quite clearly planned. I’m sure a ref soon will put a stop to it.
