Bristol Rovers (away) tonight

I was unable to post this in the right section, but just in case anyone is still interested, we are playing tonight.

Can’t do justice to a SaddlerSteve intro, but here’s a thread to moan, sorry, post on. Particularly interested to hear what folks will be doing instead of watching the game

I’ll go for a 2-0 win, watching on Sads+ with a couple of cans of Tiny Rebel Tropica.

Daniel and ALB with the goals.

At least we won’t have to “bed”in our new signings

Had to drop my lad off at the airport in Gib on Sunday, so nipped into Morrisons for a few bits (and a few beers).

I hope ALB (not Uncs) gets a start tonight alongside Daniel to give him a chance to show what he can do.

Although it should not have been a problem for us a feature of last season’s implosion was the number of times we played clubs who had suddenly run into some sort of form. So it is tonight, with the Gasheads recovering well following the removal of Darrel Clarke.

Tonight will be a pointer as to whether we are on the mend and the football has returned, or if Saturday’s dominant second half was just an echo of what has passed.

Watch out for Akhamrich, Rover’s 20 year old loanee from Spurs who scored two crackers on Saturday on his full league debut, albeit against a hopeless Newport.

2-1 to we, Kanu and Chang (I hope). It all depends on which Walsall turn up.

Thread now in match section.
