Bromley (H) Tue November 26th, 7.45pm

The Official Twitter page has given it to Big Dave.

Bromley were the better side throughout

Lacked quality in most areas. Good fighting spirit, that game would have been lost by more in any of the last 6 seasons

Little wobble by Jellis

HUGE let off!

This team do not ever give up though, which is a great asset.

Take the draw but…

I said a few months ago that I was worried that our style of football would take its toll 20 games into the season…

I really really hope that isn’t a little tiny bit of that coming true… and this is just a blip like the Fleetwood game. We came back from that performance strongly.

Heavier pitches… more games… lots of pressing… it will take its toll at some point, but the changes tonight don’t look like we have coped very well with it. That’s a little bit of a worry.

We’ve actually only won one league game in 5 weeks I think… so I think we take this result but really need to press on in the next few games and get some wins under our belt to keep the momentum.

Since we beat Carlisle at home… we’ve played 4 matches, only winning 1 and only scoring 4 goals. A little sense of a drop off in our goals scored - when we were scoring for fun in August and September.

I think Sadler got it wrong tonight - and that’s ok. He won’t get it right all the time - and he’s deserving of it not being too critical but…. I’d like to see Williams restored, and a return to the middle 3 that we are used to. The subs were too late, and too defensive for me.

I think Matt needs dropping too personally - I understand he contributes in terms of experience and wrestling but he looks shattered and ineffective. Give DJ a go soon.

Some food for thought - I am not totally sold on our promotion credentials yet - even though I want to get carried away! A strong reaction to this result and I will be a lot happier. That would be a strong message!

Good teams get a point when they’ve played crap… let’s see how we go.

If you can’t win, don’t lose.

A really poor display overall, almost complacent.

Great feeling though to nick an equaliser with last touch of the game

Unlucky Bromley.

We were terrible second half and deserved nothing.

Points like this are what might get us promoted though.

What can you say. One of our worst performances of the season, but credit for going to the end. I still think that’s two dropped in terms of games you need to be winning if you are going up, but the best you can say is they found a way to at least draw, even when not looking that great.

Good point , robbed them
Bromley a lot better
We were awful , no one can claim much here performance wise
Daniels has torn our defence apart and others seem a lot worse around him especially Dave and allen who seems to panic more
Some awful balls in the box
Take the point here

Jesus! That was tough to watch. But I’m delighted we stuck at it. We were lucky. We played poorly today and Bromley played well - fair play to them.

But at least we are still going at the end!

Onwards and upwards …

That’s a very long spontaneous (?) opinion piece. Could almost have been prepared in advance of a poor performance

Poor tonight so we’ll take the point. Jellis looked a massive upgrade on Earing and Hall when coming on. Thought Barrett and then Adomah both had poor nights at RWB. I’d get Harry Williams back into the defense ASAP.

Snatching a draw from the jaws of defeat. I still think the subs killed this game, as they were made to keep the lead, but all in all the draw is a good point.

Had Bromley won I’d have had no complaints. Would have taken 4 points from the last 2, honestly couldn’t see us scoring but well done lads despite the performance

Pleased to keep picking up points

Missed the kitman tonight! Be glad when he’s back from suspension.

You reds

Cack.

Bromley deserved all 3 points

Definitely agree about Matt. And yes, lets see what DJ can do if he’s given a few games.

Got away with that one tonight. No where near our best. Think Stirk looked a little off it and it feels like when he isn’t at his best we suffer.

Thought the back 3 and stirk were poor tonight. Daniel’s other than the block was terrible hardly won a header and on the ball woeful

Time for mcentee and Williams back in defence I think
